Banana Chocolate Chip Bites


If you like protein pancakes then you will LOVE these.


These banana chocolate chip bites are great for a mid-morning/mid-afternoon snack OR pair 1/2 a recipe with yogurt and nuts for a perfect breakfast!












INGREDIENTS:


- 1 banana

- 1 egg

- 1 scoop whey protein

- 30g Oats

- 30g dark chocolate

- 15g peanut butter (optional - drizzle on top)


METHOD:

- Simple all in one method. Mash the banana and then add the egg, protein and oats before stirring in the dark chocolate chunks.

- Pour into mini cup cake holders / cup cake tin (as seen above)

- Cook in an oven set to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
