A post workout smoothie that will refuel and recovery you getting you ready for your next session!


The banana and fruit contain carbohydrates that help restore your glycogen stores post heavy session or intense endurance runs.


The berries also help include antioxidants into the shake which helps with post recovery muscle inflammation which will aid the speed in which you can recover post workout.


Protein powder aids muscle growth and recovery.




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 cup Frozen berries

  • 0.5 cup Almond milk

  • 1 scoop protein powder


METHOD

  • Place everything into your blender and blend until smooth
