A breakfast thats like christmas in a bowl. So warming and delicious. Great for those cold mornings.
INGREDIENTS
40g jumbo oats
1 tsp baking powder
Handful of sultanas
1/2 carrot grated
1 egg
20g Protein powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
½ tsp cinnamon
150ml milk
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C (350F)
Mix together oats, protein, sultanas, flaxseed, cinnamon and baking powder in a large bowl.
Whisk together egg and milk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Once combined stir in grated carrot.
Place oat mixture into a ramekins and Bake in the preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes; or prep in advance and allow to set in the fridge overnight. They can be served cold or reheated.
Top with yogurt or yogurt of choice, some pecans and coconut if desired
