This was done as an easy meal prep.
It takes only 5-10 minutes to prep and makes 4 wraps!
INGREDIENTS
600g Chicken breast
2 Peppers
2tbsp chipotle sauce
200g light Philadelphia
1 handful spinach
3 tbsp Mexican spices
4 wraps
METHODS
Add cooked chicken to a pan (if not cooked, cook for 20 minutes in small cubes)
Chop the peppers into small cubes and put them into the pan
Add the chipotle sauce, Philadelphia, and Mexican spices
Then add the spinach
Leave to heat before placing it into the wraps
