Overnight blueberry and white choc cheesecake


A great meal prep breakie that can be made at the beginning of the week and lasts about 4 days in the fridge!


Give you that sweet breakfast whilst hitting your protein goal and providing you with some healthy fats and micronutrients to start your day!











INGREDIENTS 2 weet-bix

200ml milk

125g 0% greek yogurt

1 scoop protein

80g blueberries

1 tsp peanut butter AND lotus


METHOD


  1. Mix the weet-bix and milk into a bowl

  2. In a separate bowl mix the yogurt and protein powder

  3. Add the yogurt on top of the weet-bix

  4. Add your toppings and leave for at least 30 minutes, best overnight!
