INGREDIENTS
(makes about 8 bars)
2 scoops of protein
40g oats
handful of nuts
3 tbsp peanut butter
8 medjool dates
150ml water
METHODS
Add to a blender and blend! Helps to soak the dates prior for about 2 hours
