Peanut Butter Energy Bars

A modified recipe from Deliciously Ella app!


Great for a quick energy boost, breaking of fast, pre-workout pick me up or even just something to go with your mid-morning coffee. All natural ingredients too!


INGREDIENTS

(makes about 8 bars)

  • 2 scoops of protein

  • 40g oats

  • handful of nuts

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • 8 medjool dates

  • 150ml water


METHODS

  • Add to a blender and blend! Helps to soak the dates prior for about 2 hours
